Élodie Le Gal, co-director of Shuo Digital has been interviewed by Le Journal des Entreprises (“Companies’ Journal”) about the “New Retail” method used by Alibaba.

The disappearance of frontiers between the offline and online commerce that has been provoked by Alibaba became a new way of doing business. This New Retail – which is more and more common in China – is completely new to western enterprises. Nonetheless, it arouses their leaders’ curiosity.
